Grogan's Mill kitchens are getting gutted and rebuilt right now — and most of those renovations end with a Wolf or Thermador wall oven where a standard range used to live. Great upgrade. But pro-grade ovens fail differently than mass-market units, and plenty of repair shops aren't stocked for them.
